This is one of my top selling cakes, I have made more of these for customers than any other cake and the expecting mother is always thrilled to have this cake at her shower.

The belly can be covered in almost any color of fondant and detailed in another. You pick the flavor cake.
Feeds about 10 people. My customers always order a batch of cupcakes at a discounted price (see lady bug cupcakes to see the ones that went with this cake) to go along with the cake so that everyone gets some cake.
